#1 The Bump – Best for Pregnancy Week by Week
The Bump came out with an app that delivers all the helpful information from their popular pregnancy website thebump.com directly to your phone. This is definitely a favorite of mine that I have used for my firstborn and am currently using for baby #2.
You can track your pregnancy week by week, get updates on baby’s development, and know what to expect at each doctor’s visit.
There is a real answer platform where you get personalized expert answers to all of your pregnancy questions and advice from fellow moms and moms-to-be.
Whether you are tracking your pregnancy, decoding your pregnancy symptoms or browsing the daily article feed, The Bump app is by your side every step of your pregnancy journey.
#2 Ovia – Best for Fertility and Ovulation
Some women don’t keep track of their monthly cycle and documenting can make a huge difference when you’re trying to conceive.
With the Ovia app, you can track your period, cervical fluid and other fertility information to find out when you are likely to ovulate. The app will tell you your most fertile days and when you should take a pregnancy test.
Dealing with irregular periods? Ovia’s algorithm makes predictions for cycles that are harder to pin down.
#3 BabyCenter – Best All-In-One
The BabyCenter app can track your ovulation to help you conceive and then you can switch modes to track your pregnancy (includes a contraction counter).
Get weekly updates with articles and videos on topics relevant to your pregnancy milestones and baby’s development.
A fun feature on this app is that you can take pictures of your growing baby bump to create a pregnancy journal.
Once you give birth, the app will then switch from pregnancy to giving you parenting advice for your baby’s first year.
#4 Babylist – Best for Baby Registry
With the Babylist Baby Registry app, you can put anything onto your baby registry from any store. This means the wall decor you love from Etsy, the adorable outfits from Janie and Jack or the baby gadgets from Target, it can all go on your Babylist registry – big or small.
It’s a one-stop registry for everything parents need for their baby and for themselves. You can add meaningful gifts you can’t buy at stores such as diaper service subscriptions, house cleaning or home-cooked meals (amazing!).

The app can keep track of baby kicks, your health information, and contractions (when the time comes). It also features an appointment organizer and symptom tracker so you can log any questions or concerns you may want to address with your doctor at your next appointment.
